Refund & Cancellation Policy

At COPYMIND, we are committed to providing you with the best possible AI digital twin experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your subscription or request a refund. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your COPYMIND subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew and you will lose access to premium features.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your COPYMIND account
2. Navigate to Settings > Subscription
3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
4. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation

Note that deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must follow the steps above to properly cancel your subscription.
